Welcome to the Union Square Food Tour! During this tour, you will get to intimately know Union Square’s incredibly diverse food scene, as well as learn about the unique history and evolution of this fascinating neighborhood. On this tour, you will try:
• Addicting momos from a friendly and welcoming Nepalese restaurant
• Vibrant and flavorful samosas from a family-owned Indian restaurant
• Tacos from one of Eater Boston’s 38 Essential restaurants
• Poutine within Bow Market, one of Somerville’s coolest destinations
• Artfully delicious sweets from a local Palestinian bakery

The tour begins and ends outside of Vera's in Union Square, Somerville. You will see me with an orange umbrella. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the tour.

We'll be spending time during the tour in Bow Market, which is a former storage building that now contains 30+ vendors and is now a Somerville staple.
Union Square
This is a small-group walking food tour where you'll enjoy Union Square's wonderful and culturally diverse food scene, as well as learn some fascinating history about the area.
